Well this is an Alien/Predator/Terminator board, isn't it?:D

I've met Paxton three times. The first was at an APOLLO 13 screening a couple of years ago, and he was a pretty cool guy (this was before BIG LOVE came out) and I talked to him about FRAILTY.

The other two times kind of gave me a bad impression. I was at a Ghosts of the Abyss screening, and I jokingly asked him "what is it like to be the Johnny Depp to Jim Cameron's Tim Burton?" He seemed kind of annoyed, but laughed and replied. I then got to meet him the next day in the same movie theater(it was part of a film festival), and I was trying to be polite and jokey with him but he kind of brushed me off and walked away.

During the same festival I met Martin Sheen, Robert Rodriguez and Donal Logue, and they were all really nice and easy to talk to (I also got a picture with all three as well as Sheen and Rodriguez's autographs.)

Any one else met Bill Paxton?

I met MxPx, Alkaline Trio, jason Mraz, Butch Walker....I meet mostly musicians. They tend to be much more real than actors. One actor I wouldn't mind meeting is Johnny Depp though. He is too cool for school. :lol

El Roranous, that is like the coolest thing ever! Btw didn't the original red ranger become a porn star or something? Anyway, I think Paxton is quite a reclusive guy, you don't hear much about him.

I got to meet Bruce Campbell at a screening of "Man with the Screaming Brain", that was awesome :rock

I once met Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt...actually I met Brad twice. Both times were at my boss' houses. For real!! I swear it!!! But normally I just meet musicians.

Oh, cool...a name dropping thread! Where's Irish?

I've met Bruce Campbell three times and Crispin Glover once. I've also met various musicians over the years. The coolest being Frank Zappa.

:lol:lol I was thinking that exact same thing. My favorite musician in the whole entire world, I have had 3 opportunities to meet, but I turned them down. I idolize him....it would freak me out to meet him in person...even though everyone says he is so nice....I just can't though...I would cry and be all weird so I'm saving us both the embarrassment....who is this musician that could bring me to tears, you ask....none other than Trent F'n Reznor. I love him!!! The nicest musicians I've met are Ben Harper and Maynard James Keenan...and ofcourse the Seattle musicians....:)

I've only met Michael Beihn and Lance Hendrickson.... the OTHER half of the great Aliens group to meet. They were both awesome guys, Lance especially. I also met Jackie Chan in Hong Kong back in 2001, he was hilarious and very cool.

I've did met Little John (Airport, we were in line together... taking off our shoes for security. :lol) and Tim Tebow (At Outback Steakhouse in G-ville, FL) from the Gators. Both awesome guys that were really nice to me when I did meet them.

Cool. Did Tebow have a harem of UF co-eds with him? :naughty

I also had the chance to meet the incredibly drunk Replacements many years ago. All except Paul Westerberg who was in a corner making out with some girl. They put on one of their worst shows ever! I loved it! :lol

I think you have all of us beat! How was he in person? Was he polite and outgoing, or was he being a smart ass?

Kind of a combo, very nice when signing autographs, my wife even flirted with him a bit... but then he did a Q&A before the movie started and was really funny and a bit of a smart-ass... everything you'd want out of it :rock

And Batty, seriously! Frank F'n Zappa... that is just too cool :rock

Darryl Dawkins when I was little and I shared an elevator with Sandy Finlay who played Sly Moore in the SW prequels during Celebration III.
