I want to reinstate the 'Official Freaks Gaming Night'.

I know some of us have pretty crazy schedules and can't game during the week sometimes, I remember when we had like 16 guys every night, it was awesome. :rock If we can all commit to one night a week where we can all get together and play Halo or COD4 (Private Matches) that'd be awesome. I also want to do this 'cause sometimes some of our Freaks Brothers get left out when we're playing Gears. :cut

I'm a lock for Mon-Thurs., Fri-Sun it all depends what I am doing, but I remember that Thursdays seemed to be good for everyone.

Any late afternoon Mon-Thurs I'm usually free. Friday-Sunday I'm usually busy doing something. School's starting up for me next week, so that might change.

I voted Thursday, so I can spend time with my wife and with classes starting up again, the only free time I have for those are at night. Thursday = my choice.

I love Friday and Sat. nights because I can stay on late as hell and not worry about it.

When we first stared playing yeah. This has been growing with Halo for a while. It's 10 times as "glitchy" as GOW, but since you respawn over and over people don't notice or complain about it as much.

I just get tired of it. Capture the flag and bomb planting has become nothing, but campers paradise. I get tired of putting a WHOLE clip, whole thing of needles, whole clip of battle riffle, filling them with dual spikers while they are running away only to see them NOT die and then spin around and look at me and I die right away. It's flipping stupid. And for those claiming that you need to go for "head shots"....please...I should be able to put a whole clip in your back and kill you, but NOOOOOOOO not in Gay-lo.

I can play pretty much any weeknight, but I am going to have to curtail how late I stay up. Pretty much 9pm is going to my cutoff on most nights during the week (although some nights I might be able to push it back to 10 or 10:30).

Friday and Saturday nights are open as late as we play 'til.

Be prepared to be frustrated. You start off with inferior weapon and upgrades. You'll get your ass handed to you almost every round and slowly build up.

Buy COD4. It's the deepest online multiplayer, and it's really a great game. The only downside is the server issues, and the **** talking. But you get that everywhere.

Yeah the server seems to have a hard time with larger groups. Its seems like if you have 2-3 in a group is easy to get in game but the larger the group the harder to find games.

Yep, it's happened to me a few times lately. I won't be replacing it though if it goes bad for me, too many other games to play. Plus the fact that I got it for free for doing a fansite before it came out; I couldn't justify buying one :lol

For me every other game works perfectly, I've been playing Halo, CoD4, Assassin's Creed all with noproblem. With Gears, it went from 'Disc Unreadable' errors to just plain 'Unplayable Game' in less than two days.

So far, I've never seen that error. But I get the 'Disc Unreadable' error every 3 hours of gameplay or so. It happens with GoW most, and I bought it used. Not sure if that has anything to do with it.

My Halo 2 disc would always get the disc unreadable to me and I just stopped playing it.

I get that disc unreadable fairly often with Gears as well. It usually would happen after finishing a difficult level during the cinematic before the progress was saved. :cuss For the record I also bought a used copy of the limited edition.

Wow, I was worried tonight I was going to get it. I finished act 1 on insane level and the cinematic scene was pretty choppy. I was hoping it would not have an error and not save. I got lucky anf it made it through and saved.

Yeah, that would be cool. You finished act one on Hardcore right? I did it on Insane...the cool thing is when you play on Insane you get the achievements for BOTH Insane and Hardcore. Since you're playing on the harder level it grants you achievenemts for the lower level as well.

The wretches are a pain even on Act 1 on Insane....if they hit you twice you die and once they are really close to you they are hard to shoot.
