There was a link to a page with all the information and screenshots inside, but it seems to have been taken down, or it's just flat out getting punded by people visiting it. Anywho, the game takes place in America, and there's supposed to be a good deal of landmarks. Mmmmm.... I'd kill for Mount Rushmore over any other monument, but it's probably just gonna be the normal Statue of Liberty... not that it wouldn't be absoultely awesome.

Personally, I think Insomniac is one of the best companies around. They're consistently making good looking and very fun games. If Resistance looked THAT good for being one of the PS3's first games released, think of how much cooler Insomniac is going to make this one look.

60 players is way to crowded. Unless you have a map that is vitually uncoverable in one game you won't be able to turn around. Just keep it simple and polished.

I liked the first one but it was sort of like Gears of War...great action and graphics...but the story was lacking.

I'll definitely pick this one up and give it a chance, it certainly looks interesting and it looks like Hale is evolving into a Chimera. Maybe they'll explain the relationship between the Chimeras and Humans finally.

can't wait for it..and yes it's a good single player campaign..but in all honesty who plays fps's for the single player games. at the moment cod4 is the best online multi on any console

I played resistance 1 launch day and it was an amazing FPS.
the stoty line was very well done and it was just fun and addicting.
beat it in 3 days.

Now !! resistance 2 looks like is going to be a real great game.
I havent even open the box yet.
I want to beat far cry 2 first before I enbark on another FPS.

Well just finished R2 story and let me tell you is one of the best FPS's out there.

the story is so awsome and looks like this is not going to be the last one.
the multiplayer is awsome.
I was playing in a server with 60 people and there was no lag and smoth.

ohhh yeaa this game runs on 1080p now for some reason.
must have being the latest update that allows you to play in high rez.

anyways this game gets a 10/10 from me.
