Looks good, but may I interject some creative critisim?
I think his Iris's are too small still. Only slightly, but I'd make them a tad bigger. bring the bottom of the iris down so it's allmost touching the to of his bottom eyelid.

Yeah, his eyes look sleepy-eyed. You need to enlarge the iris area, and make him more alert looking. Lessen the pink under in that rim some too. Makes him look a tad stoned.

Wow man... You are really coming along! The eyes are the hardest part and will take you a LONG time to perfect. I am still trying to find ways to better paint the human eye, it is a never ending crusade. But you are really making strides here bro, I am immensely proud.

Tips for eyes, try to layer as many colors as you possibly can into the eye. It gives it true depth and more realism. The eye is very detailed and full of many many colors. It's fun to mess with, you will see with each one you do.

Hair is also something that is fun to do, I try to fit at least 3 shades in each portrait that I attempt.

You will have a lot of fun in the process of pursuing this hobby and I am very happy to have you with us... If you ever need any tips or help.. let me know! :duff

i know you can buy various 1/6 heads in some of the 1/6 online stores or on ebay even REALLY cheap. Might be an idea to pick up a few packs (sometimes they come in packs of 4) then for almost no cost you'll be able to practice and practice and practice without worry of ruining any of your expensive collectible figures

heh, wish I could take credit for the skin tone! that was all SST... the eyes were me.. lol I took out alot of redness with the eys.. looking back on the pics they were a bit overkill.

The eyes are a bit scary with a wide eyed expression in the WIP, but now look very nice in the second round of pics. You did an excellent job making the irises round. Reduce the amount of orange hue on the lower eyelid, and I think they will look fantastic.

well, I've been inactive for a while because I was broke and had no materials, now I'm just broke :D, but I think I first started like a year ago. at age 17. then a gradual process of trial and error. I was honestly tired of the wait of customizers and the money it cost for a repaint.. so I decided to take the initiative and start on my own.. hopefully one day get as good as J.C hong from hot toys.

I didn't make a cast, I just sanded it off with really smooth sand paper.
and I used a suit I bought off of toys2, it was really expensive but worth it.

I went back to my old proto-paint sculpt of IMARESQD1's sculpt and noticed how dirty it looked. I was unsatisfied and revised it. I feel this has a better cleaner look. The commission paints are going to look like this.

I used testor's gloss purple, with a pinch of black. and then dull coated.

Yes those gloves need a repaint but i think they are way too dark.

Yeah I would go for a little lighter personally and a touch more gloss

Thanks seb and umair! imma see if i can get somewhere in between my color and seb's. btw seb i could not find a dylon windsor purple anywhere for the jacket dye. do you know of any internet sites that sell it?
