Gotta say Jon,poorly packaged for such a piece.

Anyway.

If it was not sent like this,Dont worry-I can rebuild him,and repair to high standard (but will take longer,as I Thought it was just one foot off).

And will have to Re-package him more securley for his journey
home.

Will post Pics as the Repair goes if you want????

update: I wont do anything to him Until you have Advised me on the Situation!

3.05 Postman just delivered your Sam(for Repair).

Was he smiling and carrying a big mallet with him?

Can't beleive the damage. Gutted for Frodoeyes, hope it wasn't that damaged in the post?

Can you post some pics once the repairs are finished. Full credit to you if you can get this to anywhere near new.

I can even fix the peg hole (you wanted me to sort),now I have removed someone`s TOOTHPICK from the offending hole.
