This is the dealer that you should be ordering from. Bought quite a few items through him & he has been great with every piece.

Oh Yea. Bob is great. Thought I gave him a stroke one day though when I asked to write prize on a package he was sending out to me. Seems I am the first female customer that has asked that of him. So, everyone admit it now! Who else has done this? Dying to know here. :angelsmil

What is the deal with writing prize on it?

LOL its just one of those things married people have to do to get things in the house.

LOL. To this day, my husband thinks that that GOSF was a prize. :) He has absolutely no idea what I paid for him, and Bob about exploded with laughter when I asked him to do this for me.

Wow.........mat have to try that sometime.........my wife does not ususally get upset when I order things..........but it is a good idea to maybe try out down the road. There are a couple of older pieces that I need that are a little costly. Thanks for the idea. :banana :joy

If had been married (or even had a girlfriend :o ) I would probaly have done the same - don't know have many times I told my parents the statues cost half what they actually costs - still they think I'm mad spending that much money on something I can't "use"

^^^ that is HILARIOUS!!! and a damn good idea at that.
Its official, Im now a Fireside customer even though I havent bought anything yet. That takes customer service to a new level.

Luckily my situation is less painful. My fiancé's car payment is not only about double my car payment (she financed 100% of the sticker price), but its higher than our house payment! So she knows that if she wants to fuss about my expensive collecting hobby, all I have to do is open the door and stare out into the driveway. :joy

If a Premium Phantom is still at Fireside after our wedding, exactly one month from today, it'll be my first Fireside purchase. (<<--- I just researched that :( ) maybe the new Mezco HB will have to do

Guilty. I have never asked a dealer to write "prize" on the box (that is pure genious) but I might have inferred to my wife that I won more than I have.
