Whats the inbox Capacity ? and if I move messages regularily from Inbox to another folder is this still classed as being part of my quota ?

The total capacity is 50 (that includes sent and inbox)

Yes... but you can export your PMs to csv, xml or text and then delete them to clean up the inbox and make room; just look down in the lower right corner of the Inbox page.
