Faramir Painting

I started this painting right after we all discovered that Faramir wasn't going to be represented by Sideshow at all. It's my way of giving Faramir and David Wenham a little recognition. I've also included a couple of sketches of the rest of the family which will probably make their way to becoming paintings as well.

Thanks all for your positive response to the painting. I actually am a professional artist and I make my living by creating computer graphics but I paint when ever I can in my free time. I wish I could make a living just painting because that’s my true love, but I do have to pay the bills! :vik

I do sell my work, but since I have a full-time job that would be a consideration in the amount of time I need to do a painting. I can be commissioned to paint most anything, but I like the Lord of the Rings subject the best!

You are very gifted. I loved art classes in High school but never thought of it as a career because most artists usually make most of their money after they die.

Of course now with computers it's totally different. Keep any new pics comming!
