So the domain name has succcessfully redirected and unfortunately I'm going to have to leave this open to test stuff. But I have some major work to do to make all my coding compatible with the new domain, so if some things don't work, please be patient.

IE 6 & flash v.8

Windows error every so often forcing me to close window & there is a lag problem in the chat even with just 3 members in it

Not posting to report a glitch but an improvement.

If you've been tinkering under the hood this afternoon, I happy to report you've successfully corralled the smilies in the message composition window!

Really appreciate all the effort you are putting in to this board!

Nice board so far. My only glitch I've run into is that over the past couple of days I cannot mark a forum as read but I can mark the entire site as read. that only started this past weekend though.

Maybe I misconstrued what is happening, maybe this forum updates your post tally on all your posts. Yes, I see it does. Okay, call of the hounds, false alarm. Just a difference from the old forum that I have to get used to.

I've just realised: You cant do emoticons like peace or pow because of when you type in : p (but together) so theoretically we can't use any emoticons beginning with a P! DAVE!!!

I still can't mark individual forums read although I can mark the whole site read. Don't have this problem with other boards using the same engine so it't not my browser (firefox).

There is no pow emoticon - that could be why. I changed the names on the others...


As for marking forums as read - I'm not sure how that works, but I'll look into it.
