How do I post a poll?

Sorry, I'm kinda retarded. I can't figure this out.... I checked the "yes, post a poll with this thread" when I tried to create a poll but it did nothing when I previewed the post. What am I missing?

It won't let you preview the actual poll Andy. You can only submit and trust that it'll all be ok in the end.

I don't even know where/how to post the poll 'choices' though....? Do I just add them to the general post text as a "list", and then it'll show up in the poll later?

Looks like you got it figured out!

It is a little different in that you need to check "add a poll" and submit the thread before being taken to the screen where you actually add the poll.
