Now HERE is a film that could use some high-end collectibles!

All the knights could, of course, be done in Unbelievable Shiny or Weathered Armour, not to mention Muddy & Bloody!

Just think of the characters:

Merlin, with shiny "Chrome Dome" helm!
Arthur (old, young, squire)
Lancelot (young and old 'berserker Lance')
Gawain (As portrayed by LIAM NEESON in his first movie!)
Percieval (complete with Grail)
Kay
Ector
Uriens
Leon De Grance (As portrayed by PATRICK STEWART in his first movie!)
Mordred
Morgana
Guinevere (Cherie Lunghi was SO cute!)

and a special pair of 'prologue' figures:

Uther (As portrayed by Gabriel Byrne in his first movie!)
Cornwall
(and don't forget the variant featuring Uther in 'disguise' in Cornwall's armour)

You would be singing CARMINA BURANA out loud as you opened them!

This would def. fit into the mold of cult and obscure, I think it would be a neat limited line..

For sure there would be some awesome figures amongst those that I would pick up. Other than the Universal Monsters line, I am in the unfortunate position of having to reject the larger fielded lines, such as Buffy, Bond and PotA. I suspect if Sideshow went ahead with this scenario, I would be just picking up the most choice items. That being the case, I can feel tears welling up at the thought. :cry

You read my mind LE,:rock I would love to see EXCALIBUR figures.
They could do them at 500 editions they would sell-out in no time. I was going to say this before but I didn't think anyone would be bothered with them.

I'd love to see them too, it's just that damn Chain Mail they have to figure out. Either they do it the usual way with fabric simulated chain mail or they go the Dragon way and use a rubber chain mail suit.
But whichever way they do it, I'd love to have them.

Ditto, I've been pestering SS for ages to release carded swords, Helms, and shields in 1/6 scale. and to finally release the "Die by the Sword" series of Saxons, Vikings, and Normans.
