Looks to be a ruffled lace shirt cuff on the hand on the right...

What does it look like to you Creech?

It looks to me that an extended hand has a hold of something. Because of whatever is in the background, it has the illusion of being an arm.

Actually it could even be two hands clasped behind someones back.

All that black makes it very deceiving.

On trying it out on myself it isn't two hands behind a back.

What the hell am I looking at?

LOL...I'm pretty sure there's some handshakin' going on there.

I can just as easily say I'm sure there is not. There could be some hand holding going on though.
