Yup, it really is. When they announced "Batman Begins" would be made I was hoping they'ed give this fellow a job and Batman would look like this.

I was never that impressed with it. Once the Predator and Alien come out it becomes kind of dumb. But the filmmaker did it to show off his skills in various areas, rather than a coherent short film - so it works on that level.
