It was in the 'Hot Toys Kick Ass' (http://sideshowcollectors.com/forums/showthread.php?t=20099&page=8&highlight=Optimus+Prime) thread, posts #74-78. I think this one is bigger than 1:6 though, a 20' tall prime would be around 3'4" in 1:6 scale.
