So for those of us who ordered Obi through phone ordering when will we receive our e-mail confirmation/add to our account? I need my affirmation!!!

Robin told me not to stress but the way everything went down today it's kind of hard not to.

Here's what's going in the newsletter:

***Due to the additional amount of collectors who placed their Obi-wan pre-orders over the phone, our staff will need a bit of extra time to completely send all e-mail confirmations to these collectors. Please expect to receive an order confirmation no later then tomorrow (Friday, June 8th) to your e-mail address on file with us if you pre-ordered by phone. Collectors should expect their pre-orders to show within their online account approximately 24 hours after they receive their e-mail confirmations. All Exclusive Obi-Wan phone orders will also receive Sideshow Rewards points due to any inconveniences caused from the malfunctioning server. Additionally, if you pre-ordered via the website but did not receive a confirmation e-mail, if the order appears in your online account, do not fear, you snagged one! If you would like to receive an e-mailed confirmation, you can send one to yourself through your online order details.
