I've been wondering for years. Why no company have undertaken a Transformers action figure ala Revoltech. Same non transformable poseable figures but with uniformed scaled.

For example, Prime is 12 inches, then a Magnus would be around 12.5" , a Jazz would be around 9" and bumble Bee would be around 6"

I'd die if any company did this.

Dude that would irk me! Some of the movie toys look really cool, i'm excited to see them in person. Planning on picking up the Leader Prime and a few of the smaller stuff like Barricade and such. I thought I read somewhere that they are already selling them in certain places, sux about your Walmart man.

I have seen the MP3 Soundwave, but only in a gray color. I don't know if that's the prototype or what, but either way it looks really cool. Pretty pricey tho.

Make sure you post pics of your Revoltech stuff when you get them! And hey, that Prime collection vs. Megatron and Starscream sounds cool, post pics if you can. I'd love to see!

On the side note, the Megatron that Ill-Jedi recently purchased seems very nice. I'd like to get an Optimus of the same scale if possible.

The Masterpiece Megatron is the one that dominates my collection in the pucs on the last page--- the Optimus is the release in North America a couple of years ago for the 20th anniversary.

The Convoy/Optimus Prime does absolutely nothing for me (I especially hate the chest detailing)... besides, I have THS-02 Hybrid Style COnvoy, so why would I possibly need any other Prime under 6" tall?

The Megatron, on the other hand, looks pretty awesome. I wonder how he scales with the Hybrid Style Convoy... they seem to be compatibly sized.

yea dude, there's honestly no way i'd buy that for $60. i mean, it's cool and all, but too small and the short stacks, just don't think the price is justifiable.

I got my THS-02 for about $50 shipped, and he's worth every penny (bear in mind he includes a transforming trailer). Best Transformer I own, and I own a lot of them.

He does look great leading the WST Autobot cars and is much more to scale with them than the WST Convoy (which is relatively speaking much too small).

Cigar.... nasty. Now that I think about it Prime does have smoke stacks-- rather short and stuby ones compared to the Japanese release.
