What is your best LIGHTING solution for non detolf cabinets? Bestas, Pax, Billys, etc

I have absolutely no idea how to go about the wiring and lighting on these. I really don't want to have a million wires dangling everywhere. If you have a case with adjustable shelves, how do you manage that?

Anyone have solutions? For what it's worth, I'm looking at the 59" wide pax - so two 29ish inch cases. Will have shelves around 16inches apart.

I am exactly in the same situation for adjustablle shelves ( right side) don't know what to do yet ..
as you can see on the picture, for hiding wire I did a top plate with wood on the besta and I used à router to make the wire a path... For the top, I did the same and the wires are going through the aluminium pole...

What I have in mind for the right side is to buy a decor panel like this one

I will put on the back and it will hide the wire ...
And enlight the top with OMLOPP led light on the top
And maybe put some small spot led on the bottom part, and then no matter where the shelves is... The Lights would be always at the same place....

For those lights you have, about how thick are they? Do they come in natural/day white? Any way to control the brightness?
