Has anyone done a 1/4 battle droid?

No. No statues have been made by any company. GG did have a 12 inch prototype at Comic Con about ten years ago, I so wanted that statue, but like so many pieces they didn't make. We can forget one getting made now at this point, when I started collecting PF were in low two hundreds, now they are high five hundreds, can't imagine any company making one anymore. I also wanted Battledroid on a S.T.A.P., Droideaka, Magna Guard. Five years ago a collector who knew people at SSC wrote a Battledroid PF was planned, if he was right that piece was canceled.
