Most likely going to upgrade to the diecast Mark IV, figured I'd see if anyone wanted to take the old one off of my hands.

In pretty good shape, a little loose and it does have the pink panties issue.
All electronics work, but it will definitely need a change of batteries, I removed the batteries from the arms and chest (they will be included) and took pics to show they work.
Helmet batteries were very dim and I didn't have a small enough screwdriver to remove those, I'm sure someone here would have the tools.
Missing the right closed fist hand, but other than that, everything else included.
Box has some storage wear to it (not mint), and I don't have the brown shipper.
