Can somebody tell me why SS gives you 10% off promo codes, but when you try to checkout it says it can't be applied!!! WTF is up with that?

It might be good only towards a limited selection. I know. It's weak, but check if there are any fine print.

I'm happy to say. I called SS about my situation and they were awesome!!! They applied the discount to my order!! All is well in the universe again!
