Yep. Props from the last scene of AVP. Not sure it's really well defined and well detailed because it was a prop filmed from quite far...
 
Also not sure it's a lifesize when compared to the dog. Could be 1/3 scale as well
 
I was told its just a prop. You can see how big it its from this pic.

They had a Wolf cleaner kit prop there and some P2 weapons (these are probably preproduction pieces).

It's just the prop from AVP, Coolprops have a habit of showing off "cool props" among their stuff. There's a connection here somewhere...
 
I don't think coolprops will purchase any actual prop without considering to produce them (or part of them).
I can see a life size scar bust coming if there is any demand.
