Can't post in permathreads section.

Not sure why but any thread I go into in that section says I cant post new threads, can't post replies and can't post attachments but I can edit previous posts. Did I do something to make it like that? As far as I know I haven't change any settings.

You should be able to post in an existing thread. But new threads in that section can only be created by the mods.

Ok but I can't post replies either. The reply button doesn't even show up. I used to be able to cause I've posted replies in there before but for some reason I can't now.
