Just like to share a little gem I got off ebay, the prices seem to differ but with p&p I got this for £50.00 and it's really well made and weighs a ton with lots of details. The lights also come on just by tapping his head.

That's awesome Patton, thanks for posting! I have the sideshow t600 bust, but I always thought they should make just the endo skulls. I'm gonna have to look into finding one of these for myself.
