My thoughts as well. I think Hot Toys just made this up like Jakks did with their exclusive.
He never appears this way in the movie. There are several "vision" sequences for Deadshot (Batman centric) and Harley (Jokee centric as a normal guy), but Batman doesn't look like this.
Looks neat though. I love the belt.

This would be a cool release. Unlike that odd 66 Batman variant they showed last year that thankfully never saw the light of day.
