My Jabba and throne arrived today, and the size of the BOXES scared me!
I have to clear space in my office/action figure room, before I can unpack him!

Jabba looks good ANYWHERE you put him. I canceled the throne but would like to get it cheaper somewhere, someday..

Jabba is an exercise in displaying. I had to buy a new table and am about to rearrange half my office to accommodate him. But... when the crime boss of Tatooine asks of you, all you can do is comply :lol
But, its worth it because my Jabba is Kick A$$ as well!!! :rock

I have to say, even without having mine in hand yet, no ONE's Jabba kicks ass, JABBA kicks ass, it is just a phenominal piece and true work of art.

I was a little surprised how unfinished the stone slab looked, very rough looking. It is very heavy and solid. One of the finials was missing a ring on mine and hoping sideshow can just send me an extra ring so I don't have to send this heavy box back. Almost got a hiernia taking this huge slab out. The accessories are very nice.
Question: Was the bottom bowl part of the railing? I repacked everything and didn't notice a bowl on the railing and it didn't come separately.

Does anyone else have some loose piece rattling around INSIDE of their throne?

No loose rattling, this happens occassionally with polystone statues, part of the molding process and some loose polystone inside. Usually not a big deal unless you move it a lot and the noise bothers you.

Yes, the bottom of the bowl is a part of the railing. Sounds like you got a bad throne. You'll probably at least need to sent the railing back. I hope you don't need to send the whole throne. Definately CALL Sideshow and see what to do first.
And no rattling from inside of mine, but I haven't been shaking it. :lol
Received the Thrown today and all I can say is "This Thing Is HUGE" I knew it was going to be big, but for some reason I guess it just wasn't setting in LOL! Still waiting for Jabba though. I haven't received a shipping notification on him yet, but hopefully one will come in the next few days.

Funny thing... I got Jabba yesterday and thought that box was the throne (no i didnt want to open it without the other) :rotfl
Imagine the look on my face when FedEx showed up today with the actual throne.
And yes I have a slight rattle..... and I think I did actually get a hernia. :google

I didnt get a hernia or anything but they brought Jabba and the Throne to my grandmothers so I had to walk it home which is about maybe 400 ft away. Yesterday my arms hurt like all day and they are still hurting this morning.
It was really hard to get the slab out of the packing without destroying the packing so I just dumped it out on my bed which worked well.

That's nothing my Jabba and throne came to my job. I live in the Bronx and work in Manhatta. I had to lug both boxes on a train, take up two seats, get it downstairs and into a cab, then into my building. I had to do all of this in the snow! My wife thought I was insane.

Mine has some rattling around inside.
I don't plan on moving it around so its a moot issue with me
But i do agree with Jabba being undersized.
He should be somewhere between IC Jabba and SSC imo.
