DX09 parts, DX13 parts and Ron Weasley!

Hi all!
This is an odd one, but does anyone have the instruction sheet from the DX09 Batman?
And one of the smoke vial/grenades? I only need one of the three.

Edit: I may as well add all these together!

I am also looking for the right trigger hand from the DX13 Terminator. It's the mostly closed hand with extended index finger.

And finally, the casual outfit for the Star Ace Ron Weasley. So plaid shirt, blue shirt and pants. No accessories or figure, just the clothes.
