i was offered £900 for #17 when i put it on ebay and i still couldn't let it go..i still got him and i thank god i still have.brilliant piece!!!

I hate buying stuff on ebay that cost over $500.00 because it always arrives broken. Still a great statue.

I wish to redeem myself for making a false claim about being the lowest WK ever sold, then this statue closed below 800. So it IS STILL one of the lowest WK ever sold...:monkey5

It probably didn't help that the seller left the word "sideshow" out of his description. Depending upon how people search, that may have attracted a few more bidders.

Well, you started early... for those of us who miss the train.... you may not know this... the highest record for an AP WK is closed to 2,500 USD (around there...)

So it IS a big deal to able to get it below 1K USD

Of course, any deal originally from SS is a good deal. Even if the price has drop... there are not many items which has drop below their original selling price... ( i think.. I am not sure, maybe should start a thread on this!)
