I would like request that if anyone gets Number 666 for this, to please find it in their dark hearts to reserve it for me.

The unofficial word is that I shouldn't hold my breath.

I think 666 is a too general number and of course everyone wants that number for a darkness collectible. At least #42 has a more personal connotation and less significant to other people. I think that is where the difference lies. #666 will be worth a lot more on the secondary market probably. Give us a more specific number that doesn't have connections to desirable secondary market and you will more likely get it. Board members have shown to be extremely generous so far, but I don't think this petition swings it. :monkey3

Tom, between all of us here who have the PF Fett on order surely the odds are decent that one of us will get #42. And I can't even fathom one of us not trading it with you immediately.

Sure, it would be great if SSC played along... but don't give up hope on getting #42.

And I think it would be cool if they made the total edition size on Darkness 66 pieces. That way everybody would have the number on the base.

But that might be too large an ES for this one.

Dusty told us an estimate in chat. Now I can't remember!! I think it was about 23 or 24 inches tall.

I don't even think they will make 666 of these...I am guessing an edition size of 250-350.....But, maybe they could start numbering at 500.:lol

Don't be so confident my friend, I think that Darkness will command a number much larger than 500 and 666. I am guessing around 750 to 1,000. I could be wrong. Just estimating.

If you guys don't stop this, I'll be starting a petition too. Not for a specific number, but for ANY LOW NUMBER. All I have gotten until now are lame lame lame high numbers. Even on a pice with a run as low as 179, I only score a high number, (as I have predicted). The EU collectors always get the high numbers!!!! That sux.

Remember what happened with Doom @ SDCC? LE 300 pieces I think, it sold out in like 3 hrs and they had to increase the ES to 500 the next day...

I think the Exclusive for this guy will prolly be in the 500 range unless they do a ES TBD deal...

With Doom, he sold out online and then when they went to add in the orders taken on the show floor they realized that they oversold him and were forced to either increase the ES or cancel orders. Now they have fixed the system so that won't happen again.

(Cough.. Grey Hulk PF. Cough...)

The ES on Darkness will certainly be a bit higher because the quality of the piece will have more people buying than just your usual Darkness/Legend fans.
