I always loved the Armored Valkyrie-taking something that powerful and adding that much armor and weaponry to it always made sense to me as a kid!

Any suggestions for the best source for these in the States as they become available?

I guess in the United States Amazon is a good choice for these items.

As I'm from Mexico* usually I order these japanese figures from stores like AmiAmi, HLJ (in these stores they have great discounts especially AmiAmi) or Nippon-Yasan (if it is a exclusive item) when Tamashii Nations warn that they will open the pre-orders at a certain date.

*In my case I get cheaper express delivery from Japan that from the United States.

Those look awesome, and I see a VF-1S there, too! I'll have to check Midtown Comics... I don't expect the prices to be very accommodating, though.

Is this still available anywhere!?

No. Due their popularity in Orient the pre-orders of the figures of this line only last minutes.

In February I suggest you check at the store Nippon-Yasan when it becomes available they add a small price increase which rises as time passes.
