The Balrog would be the most obvious choice in my book. However, I could see them doing something like Sauron as well.

My prophetic spleen told me that it would be the Balrog.

Sauron would be overkill...how 'bout a orc?...or even a human?

I would kill for an Easterling, but know it will never happen.

so far, it is all the non-human character.... so I am not suprised it is Gollum again... but then there is already the SSW 3/4 scale...

Actually, a Fell Beast would be VERY neat. :)

I am sticking to the 1/6 scale line and the PF line for LOTR, but a Balrog may be too tempting.

I had no intention of getting into this line but got such a good deal on the first 2, that I couldn't pass it up. Really glad I did now. They are really impressive.

A Massive Shelob bust would be an incredible surprise. Picture her head/fangs and maybe a couple of legs. With a web-covered "lair" inspired base.

Not likely but thats one reason why it could be a fantastic piece!

The more I think about it the more stoked I'd be. If you own the UC or MR, it would look great displayed in front of her.

I would find a Balrog extremely hard to pass up. So far I've resisted this line but it hasn't been easy.... :balrog

I think this line is best served with the baddies, so I vote Rog! :balrog
