That last one there I saw on eBay just a day or two ago. Probably still there. Thy '1/6 Harrison ford', that's how I found it.
It wasn't unpainted though.

I'm pretty sure the top two are Warrior's Gate Productions so you need to contact them. If they are WGP sculpts you'll be able to get them unpainted (if you can get them at all). The bottom one is probably Headplay, and only comes painted.

The middle are a bunch of test expressions from Inigo Gil based on his Indiana Jones sculpt. No Han Solo has been officially confirmed for production yet - it's not available as a sculpt.
