Because just as the auction states, if your Exclusive Star Wars box is missing the sticker or has one that just won't stick anymore, you can replace it. On the after market, not having the Exclusive sticker on an exclusive release could hurt the value to some collectors.

Yeah, unfortunately some of us collectors can be pretty anal about these things. It doesn't really matter to me personally, but if your trying to sell an exclusive without the sticker, like Lonnie said it'll hurt the value.
