breakage .. I would use aves epoxy ... about the red paint.. thats tough one.. guess you will have to try several brands ... Tamiya might have the right red..

Ok for the neck try to use some filler,its used for models,you can find it in hobby stores,it can be painted once its dry,and sanded.As for paint,try diff brands,model master,tamiya as the guy wrote......if they dont have same red,then you mix it.Hope this helps mate.
