in terms of resell value,or just in your own taste

Exactly. If you're buying for resale value, you're buying for the wrong reason. You should buy it because you LOVE it. And if you can't decide, then you need both. :lol

Pretty much all Hot Toys figures look great. Pred wise, I really like the new Hot Toys Elder Predator. I like that he's got that old pistol he gives Danny Glover and I like the selection of skulls on his outfit.

I don't like most modern day superhero films but Spidey is actually one of the very few that I quite like but I'm a big Predator fan so I'd go Predator, myself.
After all, nothing looks cooler than a Predator. :rock
 
MMS179 looks awful compared to the new Spidey. If your choice has to be between MMS179 and City Predator then I say 100% Predator.
