Action comics 1 and detective comics 27

I have a geek question!

As you all know, recently EBay sold an Action Comics 1 and I was wondering about the reprints of those Golden age comics.

I know that, for example, there have been about 10 reprints of AC 1, and I have several (famous covers, USPS, chronicles and archives) and I know you can spot an original cover from a reprint at first glance, but does anyone know about which reprint is the most faithful to the original?

I mean, several boast "exact reprint" but when you check the individual panels, the color scheme and sometimes even the drawings are slightly different. And of course, I'm not even talking about size.

Same thing goes for detective 27.

So has anyone seen the real deal once in their life or would be able to say which is the closest?
