yes.. but not seller in there right mind would send a refund with out having the package returned that's common sense... I will just wait it out and see whats going on... If I have to I will call down to the hixton post office tomorrow and see what the hell is going on and why it was undeliverable

Not the end of the world. Sounds like buyers remorse and he needs the money for something else he bought. Save all your communications from him and contact the Post Office yourself if you haven't already.
