After seeing someone post it in another thread, I thought the topic warranted its own. Wallach gained legendary status for his tole as Tuco, but, through it all, he leaves behind a legacy as one of the finest character actors in Hollywood History. RIP, sir. You will most certainly be missed.

Godfather III, The Magnificent 7, Batman TV series as one of actors that played Mr. Freeze, The Holiday...just to name a few.

Can't believe this doesn't have more comments, best part of The Good The Bad and the Ugly in my opinion.

His role in The Magnificent Seven was probably his most legendary until The Good, The Bad and The Ugly. A year later, he was in The Misfits (both Monroe and Gable's finale). He was also in MacKenna's Gold which is a landmark film because Julie Newmar got naked.

Well that sucks

Definitely a great actor, especially in GBU. Man this sucks. I know he was up there in age but its still sad news.

Eli was one of the most versatile actors in the business. The fact that he will be remembered most in his role as Tucco in The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly isn't a bad thing. I thought it was his most fabulous role and as iconic as C3PO, Laurel & Hyde, or Vito Corleone.

RIP Tucco.

Yeah Eli sure stole the show in TGTB&TU, still cant believe most of the gun store scene was improvised, What a fantastic Actor.

Big fan of this guy's acting especially in The Good, the Bad and the Ugly. To me he was the heart and soul of that film.

Final living 60s Mr Freeze and final living Misfits star (I think)
