I've contacted local store that sells collectibles to ask why Ben Kenobi is marked as available since January 2015. What they have told me is that Sideshow is going to release new batch of mythos statues (for now it's Vader and Kenobi, but most likely we will se other statues too) for distribution. It maens they won't be selling them directly, but you may expecet new shipment arriving at your comic store, etc.
Still, that is one weird move. This would indicate that so far they did not produce full edition size of given statues. Ha, that's probably going to upset a few folks who already purchased theirs.
Anyways, let's hope that this time around Kenobi will have deactivated lightsaber hilt. Somehow I doubt it, since Sideshow is super mega lazy when it comes to anything else than coming up with ridiculous price tags on their offerings.
