My idea is to keep his face the same as is, Just change his eye color to a Toxic Green color.
Maybe make his eyes glow in the dark.
Make him come with same stuff

The Black & White Book
The Stone Base
Here is something new to go with him.
The Watch he gave to Peter, The little boy who was in the movie.
The Edition Size could be 1939 Because that's the year the movie came out, or 1123 Because that is Boris Karloff's Birthday.
This will give a lot more people a chance to have a Silver Screen Edition Son Of Frankenstein 12 inch figure.
As for his outfit, Black and Green this time.
Any place where he has a gash paint it the same as his eyes.
Call him the Son Of Frankenstein Silver Screen Toxic Edition 12 Inch Figure.
