Armor Plus - Samurai Troopers (Ronin Warriors)

Making this topic since there seems to be none created strangely...





Wanted to alert those here, because Bandai has ventured into villain territory with the Black Inferno armor (I guess they're trying to get a 3rd use out of the Inferno mold... 1st release, 2nd release with improved colors/gloss/paint apps). ! This may lead to the Dark Warlords (these guys ).....eventually.

Though I don't recommend using that site for the others... they're very high priced. If you do want them, I highly suggest using a site called Mandarake.

Ah crap these things have been sold out for yrs i thought it was something being newly released. I'm not paying that for 6 inch figures.
Sucks as it one of my fave shows.

Yeah, they're pretty pricey when first released... and often only go up-up-up as time goes by.

Shame they need a rerelease.

not picking up Black Inferno. What's taking them so long to release White Blaze though?

I have all of them (the 2nd releases of both the Wildfire and Inferno Armors), and I can't wait for Talpa and the Dark Warlords, but while Black Inferno looks great, I don't know the character and don't really have a desire to get the figure. I hope Talpa and the Dark Warlords being made doesn't hinge on Black Inferno selling well.

Well they've never shown White Blaze, only Black Blaze with the 1st release of Inferno.



I'd have to assume production costs outweighed them considering having him as part of the initial Inferno release...or less sales than hoped for either or Inferno release.

I have the 2nd release Wildfire and 2nd release Inferno, along with the other 4. I'll be getting Black Inferno, even if I wasn't a HUGE fan of the OVA where it debuted... as the Dark Warlords being released may very well hinge on Black Inferno's sales.

Yup, and that's on the cheaper end. If you preorder it from a US e-tailer, it's close to double that.

The paint apps on the armor don't look good to me. They look like they just used super glossy paint. Of course, it could just be the lighting in the pic.

Also, it's disturbing that dude is going commando...

I really wish they made the warlords. I would have gotten 2 Anubis and made a custom Kayura if they didn't make Kayura.
