Help: Neca 1/4 custom/bash

Greetings all.. As of late I've been collecting 18 " and 1/4 Neca figures. My question is how can I go about knowing if neca Wolverine headknocker head is in scale to 1/4 Dutch body for custom bash. I plan on purchasing both figures.I do understand that a mod would be necessary. I can't seem to find any photo size comparisons or reviews. I don’t want to waste $ or time.
Any HELP or suggestions are much appreciated. Thanks

The Wolverine bobble i have has that same head but its 1/6 scale. I believe they make a larger one that's 8in vs the 3/12 which is 1/6.

That helps a bit.. I can rule out the mini head knocker as a possibility ..Thanks
