need help with Heat Neil Mccauley figure

So I just accuired a custom heat figure but he doesent have his signature Vest that he has during the bank robbery that holds 8 ar15 mags, anybody have any idea where to get a vest like this https://m.ebay.com/itm/200980904264?nav=SEARCH&sbk=1 or some kind of vest and maybe I can add the mags myself. I am also having a hard time finding the short ar-15 that he uses in the film can someone please help me track one down. Have you tried ebay? I found a ton of vests there. Also the earpiece from HT Barney Ross could work? Just a idea....
