Here are some pics of my kitbashed Batman which I realized I needed while waiting for Sideshow to release theirs:

Batman sneaking up on Joker:

And letting him have it:

I used the Medicom suit on Kaustic Athletik body with Eric Sosa's head sculpt with a DC Direct cape, belt, gloves and boots.

This is one of the best Custom/bashed comic Bats I've seen. Amazing how nice that Kaustic body looks here.

Good work sir. :clap

I would say the only weak spot is the boots. They look a little bulky with the relatively skinny legs.

I was actually thinking the same thing myself.
My original plan was to use the Medicom boots just couldn't get them to work right. I think I 'll have to contact Tony Meis to hook me up with some boots.

You might ask him about a custom cape then too. :)

I contacted Tony but the full boots he had was for Hot Toys figures. He did have a half boot for Kaustic Plastick. I really liked his full boot though.
I decided to give the medicom boots another try.
It took a lot of boiling and duct tape but I finally got the Medicom boots on and I like it better.

Here is Bats with his new boots:

Here he is in action with the Commish:

Once I added the boots it gave Batman some much needed height. Unfortunately the cape is now shorter.
Even though I like the leather cape look, I might just spring for a new cape from Tony :)

Received Tony's cape for my Batman and snapped a couple quick pics:

The new cape definitely makes a positive difference.
