Evil Superman's hair.......

Would anyone here know if it's possible to add (via molding) a hair sculpt to an already existing hair sculpt. For example, I would like to customize my Hot toys Superman Chris Reeve head to look more like the "Evil Superman" head/hair. I believe with a little "Futzing around" it could be done.....However, i would like to get the opinion of experts like the customizers here.

If I were to add hair strands to that I would use MagicSculpt. It's putty that hardens like rock.

Man, HT heads never look that great when blown up like that. No matter how good they are.

Blow up a picture of your own face 600% and have a look.
