Unforgiven, but The Proposition has equal billing so I voted for the lesser known and appreciated one.
 
It was tough for me to vote as well and its my poll. The proposition, The Assassination of Jesse James and unforgiven were neck and neck. I did a coin toss and Jesse James won which is the only reason I voted for it.

I also really enjoy django and tombstone but not as much as those other 3
 
I love the Coen's remake of True Grit, and several of those are quite good, but only one is a bona fide all time great western in my eyes, and that's Unforgiven. Up there with the work of Ford, Leone, and Peckinpah. The next best film is a distant second.
 
3;10 to Yuma is the worst film on that list, the rest are good/great films
