Both he and Julianne Moore are really camping it up in that trailer. Jeff Bridges needs to be very careful, he's dangerously on the verge of becoming a caricature.

This seems like a VERY different role for Jeff Bridges, and that is much of what has piqued my interest in this film. Had it been any other actor, I might have written this one off as anoher Wrath of the Titans or Snow White and the Huntsman type movie.
EDIT - Although, taking into account RIPD, he does seem to be on a genre binge all of a sudden.

Agreed. It's another Percy Jackson, Snow White and the Huntsman, or Hansel and Gretel ****fest. Take your pick there. Game of Thrones cannot return soon enough.
