Can you name a female superhero who is a team leader?

I can't.
Example:
Fantastic Four are led by Mr Fantastic
X-Men are led by Professor X
Justice League are led by Superman
Avengers are led by Captain America

I honestly cannot think of one team with a female leader.

Storm led the x-men for a while in the 90's

Jennie freakin' Sparks! Storm actually started leading the X-Men in the '80s when Cyclops was ousted. Heather Hudson led Alpha Flight.

Also Scarlet Witch led the West Coast Avengers and Emma Frost has led the X-men.

If you include bad guys, Mystique led a couple of Brotherhood of Evil Mutant-type groups, Madame Masque led the Maggia, Viper led Hydra, Grannie Goodness led the Furies.

Emma Frost has been a leader of the X-men, as has Kitty Pride and, currently, Storm leads a faction.

Valkyrie is the current leader of the Fearless Defenders.

You could say Black Widow and Hawkeye share leading duties on the Secret Avengers, but I've only read 2 issues of that so it could have changed.

Aside from that I can't think of any. Although, in modern comics how many teams have one single leader anymore?

Sue Storm led the FF for awhile.

Abigail Brand leads S.W.O.R.D.
Maria Hill is now more in a leading role of SHIELD in the Marvel Now books.

Kitty Pride is the leader of Ultimate X-Men

Jean Gret is the Leader of the Mutant Nation of Tian in Ultimate X-Men

Monica Chang(black Widow II) is the Director of S.H.I.E.L.D. in the Ultimate Universe

Also....Wonder Girl (Cassandra Elizabeth Sandsmark) was the team Leader of Teen Titans when Robin left Gotham after the death of Batman. She was also the leader in team Young Justice for a short time before that.

Callisto and the Morlocks, yes.

Ms. Marvel was the leader of the Avengers after the Civil War.
Songbird was the leader of the Thunderbolts at one point.
Black Canary led the League for a bit.
Marrow also led the Morlocks.
Both Kitty Pride & Storm were headmistress at the Jean Grey School.
Psylocke leads the new X-Force team.
Vandal Savage led the Secret Six.
Photon leads Nextwave.
Not sure but didn't Magik lead the New Mutants when they reformed recently.
