Security doesn't scare me. Well ok, actually they do, but if I bring it up casually in conversation enough and wave my hand in a Jedi mindtrick fashion, it may work. It may.

I think that the licence is split in two.

1963-1996

2005 onwards


Product Enterprises own the worldwide licence for Classic Who and I'm pretty sure that Character Options licence is alo Worldwide.
