Interested in finding (not sure there is a place for this on forum,
so I put it here)

I'm looking for a company in U.S. that will do injection molding
for some custom parts I need for a figure line we're doing.

If anyone knows or has used a company that does that here
in the U.S., let me know any info you can about them.

I will go outside the U.S. if I have to, but prefer to stay in
country if I can.

Thanks

Ike

I have only second hand dealings with the rodon group but we had to order a series of custom parts due to there not being available anymore. From what I saw and heard the pricing was descent and the turn around time was pretty good but I never actually dealt with them but from there sight you can shoot them a pricing quote and see what they say without costing you a dime just a few minutes. Hope that helps.

hi I'm curious what is custom injection moulding? let me know please thanks

injection molding is just a process used to make (normally)
smaller toy accessories or plastic items.

It is just like it sounds. A mold is made of the plastic
parts you want to make. Then liquid plastic is injected into
the mold via machine and before it's completely dry, it's more
or less popped out of the mold and left to dry. The mold can
be used over and over for mass producing.

At least that's how I understand it.

Just do a search on your internet browser on injection molding and
you can find out a lot more.
