I know Sota has the license and is making some pretty cool stuff, but I'd love to see Sideshow do this as well. I'm sure they could take it to a whole new level.

Yeah I just picked up the SOTA Spider head bust from the Thing. It's pretty cool. I don't care for the box set though, but that's all they have made so far.

Sideshow needs to make a fully-loaded MacReady in arctic (antarctic?) gear with flamethrowers and all that. The others would be great too, but let's root for the main guy first. A spider head is the perfect exclusive.

I'm all for it. Go ahead Sideshow, make us some "The Thing" 12-inches, please! And while you're at it, make some BLADE RUNNER figures as well. Imagine: A 12" Rachel... yummy! A 12" Roy Batty! Great! A 12" Rick Deckard! Outstanding! And don't forget poor Leon Kowalski!
